What is the recommended store size?

The ideal store size ranges from 1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft. The front area (800–1,000 sq. ft.) accommodates display freezers, countertops, seating, and the cash register. The back area (400–700 sq. ft.) houses a large walk-in freezer (8 x 10 ft.) capable of storing approximately 100 ice cream tubs (1 pallet) and additional dry storage for packaging and supplies.
